CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS/ FORFEITURES
Purchases of lessons/ classes, packages, gift cards, parties, camps, rental gear are non-transferrable, non-cancelable and non-refundable, with the following Exceptions:
1. if a gift certificate is purchased for an incorrect location, with a $10 processing fee.
2. If an instructor cannot be furnished for your scheduled lesson/ class or party within 30 days of the originally scheduled date.

If a client attempts to convince an instructor to give lessons directly and circumvent SK8 GYM, their/ their student(s) lessons will be automatically be forfeited.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Purchases for lessons, classes, gift cards, parties, camps, packages, including any rentals, all require 100% upfront payments.

RESCHEDULING
We know your time is valuable, and hope you respect ours too. Out of courtesy to our hard working instructors, for any purchases 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled start time, we ask that you please provide at least 24 hours notice via email to info@sk8gym.com if you need to postpone, otherwise a $35 lesson recovery fee per scheduled hour is optional to keep your paid appointment and still be able to postpone it.
Exceptions:
1. If client's notification of late cancellation is received within 30 minutes of class start time, the appointment is not eligible for recovery and will result in an automatic forfeit.
2. If your lesson was a free promotion or donation to charity, late client cancellations are not eligible for recovery and will result in an automatic forfeit.
3. Recovered late client cancellations cannot be recovered again.  

Appointments can be late rescheduled by SK8 GYM at no additional cost to you, if instructor(s) cannot be furnished or any unforeseen issues occur with training location whether it be adverse weather conditions or anything else. Your credit will never expire.

WEATHER CONDITIONS
Lessons/ classes are weather permitted; rain, wet ground, smoke/ fires or any natural disasters, all require lesson postponement at no additional cost, with the exception of our Norridge, IL indoor location.

INSTRUCTOR REQUESTS
While we make every effort possible to accommodate instructor requests, there are occasions when instructors are substituted without notice. Information about  students are relayed to the alternate instructor, preparing them to effectively continue where you and/ or your student previously left off.

RENTAL GEAR
In order to guarantee rental gear is brought to your appointment, please be sure to rent at least 24 hours in advance of the start time. Any rentals purchased within 24 hours of lesson start time are not guaranteed to be available for your lesson. Norridge, IL indoor location is the only exception.

If you arrive to your lesson/ class and require last minute rentals and if those rentals are made available by your coach, rental fee payments are due prior to the start of the lesson and can be only purchased electronically via the online shop: https://shop.sk8gym.com/collections/rentals or via Venmo: @sk8gym, We do NOT accept cash other than instructor gratuity.

TRAINING LOCATION
While training may at times occur at locations other than those listed on the website, we only meet at public locations with the exception of the Chicago area location.

PACKAGE LESSONS
Package purchases can be toward private lessons or group classes, but not simultaneously have private lesson and group class credits for any student.
